I always loved to draw. But without access to kosher art school, I never learned the formal rules of art and didn’t feel confident pursuing it as a profession. It was only after I met my husband’s cousin, Yoel Judowitz, who was working as an illustrator, that I decided to revisit the idea of a career in art. It wasn’t an easy journey. With no one-stop frum art course to take, I had to forge my own path – digging through mounds of courses, filtering the good content from the bad. It took many years before, with Hashem’s help, I was able to get to where I am today, with artwork that has been recognized and published internationally.
I strongly feel that frum women with artistic talent should not have to go through that arduous and stressful process. So I created online courses to provide the next generation of frum artists and illustrators with the instruction I wished I had. The courses I provide are the culmination of years of training and experience of working in the art field. My goal with these courses is to give each student the advanced training that takes their work from beginner to professional.
